About Wendi :
Hello, my name is Wendi Dumbroff, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I understand that the decision to come to therapy is a difficult one. A person is likely in a very vulnerable place already, which can understandably make it even harder to reach out to a total stranger for help. I believe, however, that it is a great strength, and a very courageous act, to ask for help when something is not working in our lives or our relationships.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with many different kinds of problems. These include depression, anxiety, couples conflict and affairs, family conflict, divorcing families, raising adolescents, parenting issues, parent/child relationships (including parents and adult children), LGBTQ issues, sexual issues, and so much more.
